Leslie - Patient Care Coordinator

Leslie Guzman is the Patient Care Coordinator at the ProActive Mission Valley clinic. Leslie was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Nayarit, Mexico. She has lived in Chicago and Indiana but is glad to finally be back in her hometown. After working from home due to Covid-19, Leslie found that she enjoys interacting with patients in person and decided it was time to start a different chapter of her life. At this time, Leslie is preparing to go back to college for her Associates in Accounting and will eventually transfer to a University for her Bachelor’s degree. Leslie’s favorite thing about Physical Therapy is the satisfaction that patients have when leaving because they feel much better than when they arrived. The atmosphere at the ProActive workplace is so positive and vibrant, you can feel it as soon as you walk through the doors. In her spare time, Leslie loves to read books and play sports such as football, soccer, and volleyball with her family and friends.
